How to be more relaxed
How I did it: I committed to my goal to do yoga at least 3 times a week. I eat 3-4 meals per day plus snacks. I run, bike or swim regularly. I take care of myself. I feed my body the fuel that it needs and it responds by acting like well oiled, relaxed and efficient machine. This is not a metaphor, this is the way to be more relaxed.
NOTE: Yoga is the main thing that helped me focus, meditate at least 3 days per week, and fully relax.
Lessons & tips: Do yoga! Meditate. Take good care of yourself. That's the only body you've got...treat it well, stay calm, see the world.
Resources: Hatha flow yoga or yoga at my gym. Find an instructor that speaks to you. Do not stop doing yoga until you find that instructor, that is key to your success. When you do find someone who speaks to you, keep going to their class or watching their yoga video. Stay dedicated. At some point in your practice, you will not need the instructor anymore, you will hear your inner voice and it will tell you what your body needs to feel relaxed and at peace. That may take months, days or years. Be patience with yourself, stay dedicated and enjoy the ride.
