How to start exercising
How I did it: I researched online, and was able to find a plan I could live with. I am now training for a half marathon, and soon after a full marathon! It is really easy, once you decide that you want to do it.
Lessons & tips: Start out with a simple routine - don't overdo it, and don't expect to be a champion on day one. Don't compare yourself to others - just do what you can, and build on that!
