How to become pescatarian
How I did it: Basically I stopped eating chicken when i was younger cause i had pet chickens. I slowly stopped eating red meat in high school, and it took a year before i really just had no desire for meat at all.
In my experience, once you stop eating meat for long enough, the mere THOUGHT of eating it makes you feel ill. Mexican beef wraps used to be one of my favourite foods, and now there is no way i would touch one!
I did it for animals, but added benefits for me were that i lost about 5kg (without trying) and for some reason had more energy. Im not a nutritionist, this was just what happened to me :)

Lessons & tips: Start just cutting out one type of meat, for example chicken. Then add another, etc etc.
Try to resist all temptation to eat it, and after a while you wont even want to, no matter how much you liked it before!
