How to be less bossy

How I did it: well, i decided not to be bossy in anything in my new school. guess what, they picked me instead. for example, in debate I HAVE TO MAKE ALL THEIR SPEECHES. i feel like, shit u guys. i hate you. but erm, i guess i learned something. and oh, how i did it? i just listen and listen because if i start talking, man, u dont want to know whats going to happen. anyway, seriously being less bossy sucks. because i am a perfectionist. hahaha. but i do learn something. :) people started to love me.
