How to become a morning person.
"Be a morning person!"
How I did it: It usually takes about 3 weeks to form a habit so I set my target to 3 weeks of going to bet earlier than everyone else I know (around 9-10pm). So for 3 weeks, that's what I did...whether I had work to do or not, I went to bed early every night.
I'd get up really early (around 5 am) without an alarm clock!
Lessons & tips: Set a target time-frame in (weeks or month) you're comfortable with and go to bed early during that period. If you're having trouble sleeping because it's way too early or if you suffer from insomnia, close the light and switch on the TV (low volume). Hopefully, you'll eventually drift off to sleep.
