How to drop 10 pounds

How I did it: I simply ate less and started excercising... I used to eat when I was bored, Now I just play my guitar when I can't find anything to do, and I ride my bike for at least a half an hour every day (which is fun!) and I do crunches, which I did every day antways. I've only lost five pounds but at five foot one, that's enough. I want to keep my boobies : ]

3. Find a hobby
4. Go to a doctor if you don't get results
