How to do 100 situps today
How I did it: Broke up sit ups into sets of 10. I had a separated rib that plagued me for months so now's the first time I have actually done this many sit ups without pain!
Lessons & tips: Break situps into sets of 10. You don't need to do all the sets at once. I did, but I also have gone and done something else, then came back and finished the sets.
Resources: Just do it. I procrastinated due to an injury, but I realized I actually could do more than I thought! It helps me to break up workouts into smaller segments because like most of you I work long hours and don't have huge chunks of time to do a major 1 hour workout yet.
