How I did it: After 3 laser treatments there wasn't much difference to be seen, and all that scabbing and pain and nastiness was just adding insult to injury, and finally it dawned on me, I WANT IT CUT OUT.  I was at the point where I would have done it myself if I could see it, but it's on the back of my neck.  So I had my Dr. excise it almost 3 weeks ago.  I AM TATTOO FREE!!!  It's still healing.  Time will tell how much scarring there is.  I'd take scars over tattoos any day.

Lessons & tips: Boycott "Annapolis Fun City Tattooland and Piercing"  unless you like making exorbitant donations to drunks and you want a tattoo that looks like you got it in prison.  From a drunk.
