How I did it: Some friends and I had a little too much to drink one night and decided to strip down and go in the lake. I've always seen people on t.v. do this and had always thought they were just being trashy. I don't think the same of them anymore. It's very exhilarating. I was a pretty conservative little girl and this was a big thing for me, but I just did it and don't regret it one bit. My advice to you is to just bust out of your comfort zone and do something different. I promise you it feels amazing. Wether it's skinny dipping or not, do something out of the ordinary.
