How to be more flexible
"Wonderful."
How I did it: I did a lot of stretching, yoga, and core training on a biweekly basis (at least). Today I realized with some certainty that I'm much more flexible then I used to be.
I'll do my best to keep up my training because I don't want to go back to the stiff old lady I was becoming! : )
Lessons & tips: Just keep it consistant and don't push yourself too much (but don't go too easy on yourself either!)
