How to stop worrying all the time
How I did it: What really helped me was taking a regular yoga class. I actually originally picked it because I had to take a phys ed class (for college). Yoga really helps because it helps you relax, which is a major help, and it helps you with self-awareness, etc. Everyone will take something different from yoga. And anyone and everyone can do yoga. You just need to find the right yoga class for you. I took a hatha yoga class, which met twice a week, as well as I did my own yoga practices at home every night (yes every night/day-this helps you either prepare for sleep or for the day ahead of you, both is great). It is sometimes hard to find the time, but I always thanked myself afterwards. Even just ten minutes can help. My yoga class actually just ended today (at college), but I've already signed up for classes at a center where my yoga teacher teaches at (as well as my college). It will take at least a couple of classes (don't expect miracles in the first class) before you may feel even a difference, but it works. It really does. You just need to be open minded (which isnt a bad thing in itself)
