How to run at least one marathon
"Running the race was tough and amazing, but it was won in each day of successful training."
How I did it: I trained faithfully. I ran even when I didn't want to. I practiced for the big day for each long run: took gels at a regular interval, but I did play around with it a little to figure out what works for me.
