How to identify 100 things that make me happy. by turqoise

"This was the most simple and efficient way to boost my mood, and remind me why I should be thankful"

How I did it:  loved doing this... when I started I couldn't think of 3 things that made me happy because I was in a terrible state of mind/soul. But then I forced myself to rethink every aspect of my life - and found beauty in simplicity - again. The list is so beautiful that a simple glance at it can make me feel soooo good & love life even more:)
