How to learn the harmonica

How I did it: I bought an Inexpensive Honer harmonica. I knew Honer was a good brand and it proved to be a great beginners harp. I then watched video's on you tube and read up on the internet. I then practiced alot of the drills, such as shuffles. These make it easier to play and also help in breaking in a new harmonica. Then i started to play songs that i liked using www.harptabs.com
Lessons & tips: Try and learn simple songs that you know really well first, then move onto more complex songs. Don't give up, you may have a love/hate relationship with your harmonica- i know i do. If you get frustrated just put it down and come back later and play again.
