How I did it: I started on a positive note and kept writing. It was surprising how much I could come up with. The main mindtrick to get past is that people seem to think that it's going to be easy, that it's natural to obtain and maintain a positive attitude. Not so. There are many factors that condition you, often against your will. To this end I recommend developing intention and studying self development material.
Lessons & tips: Take a 10-day positivity challenge. Get through this time without thinking anything negative, and perhaps even expressing your kindness more.
This is not just about this particular goal but part of developing your intention so you can get *whatever* you want and need with the utmost consistency. Positivity is the brother of intention, and a laser-sharp intention is the mother of the highest consistency. I'd consider this the single most important thing for anyone who sets goals, also one of the hardest because your conscious mind will work against you. If you can tap into your subconscious mind improvement becomes effortless.
