I started working out and losing weight three months ago.. im down about 24 lbs and still going.
I have started to get addicted to that feeling or buzz u get while joggin and running.. and starting to crave it.. it feels awsome!

Goog luck with ur training, i hope to do the same in the near future:)

Dont let anything hold u back.. just runn!!
