How I did it: Habit, habit, habit, habit. You have to make it a habit, and stick with it as much as possible. I am training for a marathon, and I've gotten into the nasty habit of skipping some of my short runs.

I started working out and losing weight three months ago.. im down about 24 lbs and still going.
I have started to get addicted to that feeling or buzz u get while joggin and running.. and starting to crave it.. it feels awsome!
Goog luck with ur training, i hope to do the same in the near future:)
