How to get more exercise
"I got to college and realized it was time to get muscles, and it's free, so I'm running every other day and walking up lots of stairs."
How I did it: I decided I cared about being in shape. I made small goals (one mile today, two next time) and stuck to it.
I don't know. You've got to commit to it and really be invested in your body. I'm eating healthier and making smart choices in terms of transportation.
Lessons & tips: Start slow, listen to music.
