Hi i am 37 years old and mother of 2 children and wife the last 8 years of my life i have dedicated to my children and my husban looking after them constanly and and never looking after myself i am a active person and train gallopers as my job and hobby but after all that i fit in one day i am to buggerd to try and do exsersize and its not like i go out and eat cream buns iam obout 10 to 15kiloes over whait after having my last child i could never get back to my goal whait being to bussy looking after my family i dont put whait on and i dont seem to loos it if i had the money i would defantley pay for this surgery but i dont i am praying that one day one of my horses maybe able to win my surgery money but i can only dreem and that i will keep on diong but im scared that it will be to late by then
