How to run a 5k
How I did it: I followed the Couch to 5k program from Coolrunnings.com. Even though I felt like the first few weeks would kill me, I stuck with it, and man was it worth it. I lost about 8 pounds, and have completely changed the way my legs are shaped. I have never felt stronger, more powerful, or more alive. I've already signed up for a second one next month!
