How to learn to play bass guitar

How I did it: i just gave it my all, i never gave up trying, i played day and knight if you really want to play then you wont ever give up. and i still think i could be better at bass and i could always get better
Lessons & tips: dont quit dont give up always practice, if you play with your fingers play until you get a callus then play until the callus bleed then play some more
if you play with a pick then just play until you cant fell your wrist
