How to have a baby before I turn 30. by Arike

"Well it's been a little crazy but well worth it!"

How I did it: My husband and I didn't think we could have kids but we got an unexpected surprise this year!  We love our little one; he is such a handful.  I am really healthy and I think my diet, exercise and overall lifestyle made me more fertile than we thought!
