How to smile more
"It made me a lot happier overall!"
How I did it: I tried not to let things get to me so much, and when they did just think of things I'm looking forward to instead. I smiled as much as possible. I did things I loved and when I was faced with something I didn't like, I dealt with it and moved on.
Lessons & tips:
- Resolve problems as quickly as possible and don't worry so much about them.
- When you're sad, just stop thinking about for twenty seconds with a smile on your face. When you're finished, don't try to think about it again, just focus on something else.
- Use any excuse to smile, and always smile at strangers. It'll probably make their day, too.
