How to drink more water
"I kept track and kept my water bottle with me all the time."
How I did it: I have a 20 oz water bottle. I drink at least 3 of these a day most days. Often I drink more - herbal tea or adding a bit of lemon juice also counts. Keeping track of how much I was drinking each day did the trick. When it was on my mind, I remembered to drink more. Over time, I noticed how much better I felt when I was more hydrated. It is its own reward system!
Lessons & tips:
- Keep your water bottle with you.
- Stop drinking soda.
- Track how much you do drink.
- Experiment with herbal tea, lemon juice, ice, etc. for variety.
