How to sleep regularly
"I had to start managing my sleep time when I began commuting to just because I can't be tired when I'm on the road for so long. Especially as there are bridges. Over water."
How I did it: Give up caffeine, late night video game binges, and anything fun. Really, it was simple, I didn't have a plan or techniques or anything, it just took willpower to fight my internal clock.
Lessons & tips: You must be willing to suffer for regularity. Avoid things that keep you up late, and get up at the same time on off days.
