How I did it: I was on the balcony of my room about  to close the windows. Thereby I observed a puppy and a bitch held in an under construction building in the neighbourhood.
The pup was in the ground floor and Mom at 1st. Both were sounding like hell !
It was chilling out and was dark, about 11pm. Everybody was fast asleep.
I just came out with a wooden stick, went into the building .. of course with one of my friend who's too young for such adventure. I tried showing the bitch, right way to come down from the built. Ultimately it could reach ground floor and meet the young one.
Both ran away happily.
No more tearful stray dogs in my locality.
