"Fulfilling."
How I did it: I first cut down on my calories and dropped like 8 kilos in less than 2 months (yes, that's fast and I don't think everyone should try something this drastic). I was at the same time hitting the gym 5 days a week and spending around 2 hours each day. I used to do cardio and weight training on alternate days.
Once I reached a normal BMI, I was asked by the gym physio to maintain my weight. As I had reached my target weight, I needed a new challenge. So I thought I will run a half marathon.
I have been training for the past 2 months and I'm pretty close to running one: I have covered a maximum distance of 12 KM in 1 Hr 17 mins. On a daily basis I at least cover 5 KM.
Lessons & tips: It takes time. Hang in there for at least three months and you will notice the difference.
