8 in 2 months is a little insane….so definately wont make that a goal. did it have any negative effects on your health?

my diet is fairly healthy and i’ve been exercising daily for about 2 weeks now. but i will not include swimming and or cycling.

sit-ups (especially at first) seem so horrible but damn they can be effective.

Fortunately it didn’t have any negative effects on my health.

I used to do the cross-trainer, treadmill and cycle for cardio.

I think it’s also a good idea to track your progress.
