How to lose 40 pounds
How I did it: I stopped eating so much junk food and started walking pretty much everywhere (though I didn't really have a choice in that).
I still have a ways to go, but I'm almost there. I'm down to 261lbs. from 309lbs. I still have a goal of reaching 250 by the end of the year. I can do it!
Lessons & tips: Excercise makes a world of difference and cutting out junk food.
Resources: not eating McDonalds.
