How to I want to lose weight
How I did it: Portion Control, Change in preparation of foods like using Olive or Coconut Oil instead of vegetable fat. Juicing green vegetables with juicing an apple in it instead of buying juice in the stores with the exception of Organic Coconut or Cherry Juice. Some of these I use when making my shakes in the morning. I consume alot of fiber in the mornings and take Healthplus Colon Cleansers in the evening.
Lessons & tips: I love carrot juice; however carrots can carry high amounts of sugar if too much is consumed.
