How to lose 70 pounds in a year

How I did it: I cut out lots of carbs, ate more veggies and fruit, cut down portion size, cut out dairy and stop drinking calories! Once you lose the first 20, you realize it's possible to continue. Reaching a plateau shouldn't stop you--I plateaued in the summer, not losing or gaining anything for 3 months. Just believe in yourself!
