How to stop caring what other people think of me
How I did it: It's taken years, but I finally feel like I can be myself. Most people don't judge you as much as you think, they're too worried about themselves to care about what you're doing. Doing what makes you happy matters the most, and I feel like a new person ever since I started doing what I want. If people don't accept you for who you are, then they aren't worth having in your life. It's much easier to be honest about yourself, and to yourself, then concerning yourself with how you may appear to others. I've accepted myself, and in turn, have stopped caring what others think.
Lessons & tips: As cliche as it sounds, just do what makes you happy. Don't make excuses and just "own" yourself and even owning up to the things you aren't proud of.
