How to have a flat stomach
How I did it: I tried to eat much healthier than I was doing-less fat, sugar, more fruit, veg, all that stuff.
But mostly it was doing sit ups before bed.
I don't know why they worked better before bed, but they definitely did.
I wake up with defined looking muscles when I've done sit ups right before I've gone to sleep
As well as toning my stomach muscles, I also lost 10 pounds in the process.
