How to say "no" every time i feel like it and not feel guilty by Sianygirl3

"I just thought you know what... f**k it... what's the worst that could happen if I started saying No to the things I don't want to do!"

How I did it: I listened more to what I wanted and what made me happy and did that... of course still being as nice to people as I could :-) So although I said No more... I was nice about it!

a nurse and that means I take care of people that need help. I’m caring for a stroke patient (86) ,95 year old patient, and a 101 year old patient. They depend on my help to get through life being old.

I’ve two days off per week that aid me to take care of these girls weekly.

I’ve also been asked to fill in when others take off work on my days off.

This time I said No telling them I need my time off and just couldn’t fill in this time.

Then the guilt set in. I went to bed with my cat and went to sleep for hours. Waking up refreashed and ready to take on my shift Wednesday. If I get fired so be it I have to have my time off.
