How to cook & Bake more often.
"I'm doing it!"
How I did it: I started making breakfast and I baked for the holidays (and will continue). It's cheaper, it tastes good, and I know what's in it. Aside from that it's kinda fun.
Lessons & tips: There are some go to items good to have around like frozen berries or frozen chopped veggies. Berries can be used in cereal, oatmeal, smoothies. Veggies can be used for omelettes, stir fry, and side dishes. Time is precious, make it as easy as you can for yourself.
