Pilates does it!
Pilates works because I think it tones everything and isolates all the little muscles that pull the six pack in. It hurts but it works!
How I did it: Pilates.. and kickboxing, and also a lot of cardio workouts.. It was a pain, but when you get there, it was worth it!
And now.. After having a baby, I am back to square one again.. Am trying to get back the bod I once had.. *sigh*
