How to get A's in my courses
How I did it: I went back to school full-time after 16 years.
I am taking courses that I am passionate about.
The key for me is to have a relationship with the material and with the work.
I find my special door and then I go for it in my own way. That means: I am allowed to stay up all night writing, if I want to. I can interpret instructions in my own way. And even get insights from my dreams.
I don't think about what a prof wants. I think about engaging a fellow passionate person in a meaningful dialogue.
Lessons & tips: 1. Read all your materials, in a relaxed way.
2. Let the readings become part of you.
3. Do all of your assignments, to the best of your ability, in that moment.
4. Accept your process. We learn the way we learn and that's great.
5. What are you passionate about? Study it!
6. Process aloud with your friends (bring them into your passion - works great with screenwriting!)

-my sweetheart
-my sister
-my classmates
-my profs

-all the experts whose writing i read
