How to try vegetarianism
How I did it: I tried it out, and while it started off okay, within a few days, I was eating crappy food full of empty calories, but it was okay because it wasn't meat. I didn't like that at all. On top, I caught a cold I haven't been able to shake and I feel that poor eating habits are a big part of that. If you can do veg completely healthy, good for you. I'm going from here and focusing on using meat as a side or addition and not the meal as a whole.
Lessons & tips: Just because it doesn't have meat or animal product does not mean it's healthy. Healthy vegetarian eating is focus on the Veg part, not the meatless part, as tons of junk foods have no meat. It's not for everyone. Try it, then take the lessons you learn about your eating habits and go from there.
