How to go to the gym
How I did it: I just decided that I would go to get a membership with my boyfriend. I haven't gone in a while but i am glad that i am taking the correct steps. it really was just getting up and doing the work. it has helped me feel better with my sickness and makes me very happy.
Lessons & tips: just do it and find like a 24 hour gym like anytime fitness. that way you can go on your own time and you don't have to worry about other people judging you.
