How I did it: I caught myself afterwards and sometimes before the swear left my lips.  If the swear came out I would stop myself, mentally realize it was said, and then remove the word from my mind.  It was def. not easy but completely worth my efforts.  Don't get me wrong, I still swear when I'm watching football I just can't help that, but few and far between do swears come out of my mouth.

Lessons & tips: The major lesson I learned from this goal was that when I do not use swear words to reflect verbally how I am feeling about a situation it doesn't upset me as much.  I do not understand why those words convey such anger but for me they do.  So now when someone or something gets me upset or angry I use alternative words and find myself dealing with situations much better.
