How to learn how to make fondant icing by Kristin

"It was quite a workout, but the end result was worth the effort!"

How I did it: I decided that I wanted a cake with fondant for my 28th birthday.  So I bought everything I would need, did some research and then got to it!  Being in Japan I wanted a Cherry Blossom themed cake.  I wanted white and pink, but my fondant ended up too yellow for what I wanted, so I went for pink and purple.  The purple looks a little more gray than purple, but I still love it!  I am having a few friends come over after my husband gets home from work to help us eat it since it is HUGE!
