How to have normal sleep hours
How I did it: The first few weeks I just kept track of my sleep hours. After that, I was working as a dog walker, and couldn't stand the thought of being asleep in bed while some poor doggy needed to go out to the bathroom. So I started getting up. I'm still pretty worn out by the end of the day, and need to work on going to bed at the *same* time every night, but I'm happy to be consistently asleep before midnight and up before 9am.
Lessons & tips: Come up with a temporary responsibility you don't want to mess up on. It'll get you out of bed.
Don't take naps.
