How to drop to 165 lbs (from 210)
How I did it: I hired trainers from bodyby24-7.com and went through a process of becoming educated on how the body works (i.e. metabolism and the effects of kinds of food) and on food (i.e. clean foods vs the other stuff). Then I proceeded to increase the number of calories I ate (yes, increase) while eating 6 times per day instead of 2 and eating very clean foods. Still no progress on my exercise routines, but they'll come eventually.
Lessons & tips: If you're cutting down on your calories, you're probably doing it wrong (i.e. your metabolism will slow to compensate).
ex: When I started, I was eating roughly 2000-2500 calories per day. They brought me up to a consistent 2700. I'm now 45lbs lighter and eating 3200 per day.
