How to wake up earlier
How I did it: For me: waking up earlier required just the right motivation: a job that insisted that I report to work at 7:00 a.m. Monday - Friday or I wouldn't get paid.
Money and coffee, it was just that simple: Caffeine and the money to purchase it is a great motivator. Time helped, going to bed a touch earlier during the week helped as well, but coffee was the real "life saver."
Lessons & tips: Waking up earlier requires finding time to get your rest elsewhere (going to bed earlier) turning the TV off earlier, surfing (the Internet) less late at night. All kidding aside about caffeine, great as it is: getting exercise helps more and eating more sensibly is a good idea too.
