Denis27 it's good to be at home!
Very nice...
...But, which of them is yours? Or both of them?
How I did it: It was a design I thought of when I was 16. 3 stars, side by side on my wrist. 3.. because it's a favorite number-- everything happens/comes in threes.
As I am an education major, I decided to put my idea on my foot, instead, because it's easy to hide.
My best friend planned the day for me, because he knew I was too much of a weenie to do it myself. Plus, he wanted to get another one that day, and knew I wouldn't bail on him...
I basically marched into the palor and said, "This is what I want. Can you give it to me?"
So, he placed the stencil on my foot, positioned my stars, and then freehanded a few other stars and dots. It's perfect.
Lessons & tips: Research. Ask around. Check out websites. Go in and look around- ask lots of questions..... Do NOT stop at the next parlor and ask them to ink you.
Also, make a sketch of what you want... hang it up somewhere that you'll see it every single day.
if you get tired of seeing it, you'll hate it as a tattoo.
Tattoos are forever. (Don't even think about getting tattoos removed... if you have that option, why get one in the first place?)
ALSO. don't be afraid to go back and have it retouched, or fixed if you hate it. It's your ink, it's your body-- so if you don't like something or want it fixed, open your mouth!!
