How to go to sleep earlier.
"The habit took 10 days in total to actually become habitual. Typically now, I cant survive another minute past 11PM before I want to crash. "
How I did it: Put limits to my social events, to-dos, etc as soon as it hits 8PM..and use the remaining last hour to "wind down." Again, make sure you do it at least for a week to make it a habit.
Lessons & tips: Work out earlier in the day - and make sure to not eat your meals no later than 6PM.
