I’m trying to follow that thought. Things happen. All things pass and Good returns in some shape or form.
How I did it: I came to terms with the fact that people are people and situations are just that a situation that will eventually pass--good or bad. So I learned to focus on the good ones and tell the bad ones "good-bye because I'm about to turn you into a good one right now!" and just like that I decide to change my attitude. Does it work?? As long as I don't let myself go all the way down the rabbit hole it does!
Lessons & tips: Remember that you have probably caused a lot of other people to feel impatient at one point in time or another, so at least you can rest assured you're not alone.
Resources: I would recommend the documentary "What the Bleep do we know" don't let the title fool you, it's about the science of outer space and how it correlates to our inner space.
