How to take a nap
How I did it: I make it a point to have a nap - proper one mind you...
Phone is off, music is soft, room is dark, sometimes i put the air on, and most importantly, naps are between 30mins to 45mins max!
Yup i get up naturally... no need for an alarm or anything :) took a while to get into a regular pattern. I know when i'm out of it (like if i'm down with the flu) when my naps head past an hour and i'm still a zombie.
But i usually wake up refreshed :)
