How to become a vegetarian
How I did it: One night, in a fit of self loathing and depression about the state of non-change in my life, I was surfing the interweb and started looking at vegetarianism things again. And I simply told myself I would no longer think about it and wish I were a vegetarian and that I would take action. So the next day I announced this to my mother and she didn't really believe me. But I've stuck with it and I feel a lot better about it. I quit making silly excuses.
Lessons & tips: Sometimes just a stroll through the produce section of the grocery store can give you ideas for a meal or a dish.
