How I did it: It took me a year- but I finally made it home! There have been times since I left that I have thought "it would be so much easier just to move back home." Trying to start a new life is hard, and has many ups and downs. Going home helped me to realize why I am doing what I am-- and that I am going to be a better person because of it. I was glad to see my family--- but I am thankful to be back in my -new- home and living my new life.
