How to be more flexible
How I did it: Stretching every day - without fail. And then every other day once I'd reached the flexibility I wanted in order to maintain it.
Lessons & tips: Once you see yourself improving it is the biggest morale boost! Getting started on a routine is the hardest part, so start with less stretches and gradually build up your routine as you get used to it.
Resources: Internet - search stretching/flexibility etc. and there will be hundreds of exercises. Just try them: some you'll like and others you won't, but trying out a few different ones is much more fun.
