How to go to bed earlier
"So worth it!"
How I did it: Determined that I would not keep the television on past 9, and if not tired by then, would read but not past 10. For years, I have stayed up late and watched too much television, I was tired a lot. By making the goals for myself, I found I was much more rested, including able to wake up without an alarm clock on most days.
This also had to include that I would not go out on weeknights. I love live music and would go to shows during the week, leading to little sleep at night.
Lessons & tips: Set goals for yourself, and stick to them.
